On October 14, 2011, Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC welcomed Elizabeth Mastro NP-P as our latest addition to our clinical team. Elizabeth is a nurse practitioner in psychiatry who provides psychiatric services to adolescents and adults.

On October 13, 2011 Dr. Pardell traveled down to Gainesville,, Florida and provided an update on TMS therapy to psychiatrists and mental health clinicians.

On October 12, 2011 Dr. Pardell lectured at Mount Saint Mary’s College to the Department of Psychology on “Medication Therapy for Treatment of Adolescents and Young Adults.”

TMS Center of the Hudson Valley on 10/3/11  welcomed Heather Smith as our new TMS Coordinator and Joseph Kruk as our new TMS Technician.

Dr. Pardell and Martha Rhodes (our TMS Advocate) lectured to the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Society on September 28, 2011 in Poughkeepsie updating the local psychiatrist on the latest research on TMS.  Dr. Pardell announced that the TMS Center of the Hudson Valley will be opening their second office in Fishkill, NY bringing TMS to the lower Dutchess County Region.

Dr. Pardell met with Bruce Shook CEO of Neuronetics on 9/8/11 to discuss the future of TMS in the Hudson Valley.

Dr. Pardell lectured to physicians about TMS therapy  in Jackson, Mississippi; Sarasota, Florida; Detroit, Michigan,  Rochester, NY and Vineland NJ this summer.

Dr. Pardell attending Neurostar TMS Educational Conference on 9/16/11 where he met with Mark Demitrak MD Chief Medical Officer of Neuronetics. They discussed the future of Neurostar TMS therapy. Dr. Pardell met with Mary Healy the head of reimbursement to determine the future of insurance reimbursement for TMS therapy.

06/11/2011: Dr. Pardell will be another TMS Support Group at 1pm at Riverview Center.  The support group will again be facilitated by Martha Rhodes.
